Scope Of Work
Project Specifics: General Contractor and Interior Division and General Contractor for parking lot
Phase 1 included demolition of existing space and rebuild with new elevator, ceiling, walls and floor finishes. Updated plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Installed new windows and doors, and new fire alarm and A/V systems.
Phase 2 included demolition of existing space and rebuild, ceiling, walls and floor finishes. Updated plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Installed new doors and tinted windows. Installed new fire alarm system, A/V and lighting systems and acoustical absorption panels.
Satellite Parking Renovation included demolition of existing parking lot. Removed garbage, trees, shrubs, railroad ties and fencing. Installed new underground storm sewers, light poles, yard hydrant, grass, trees, shrubs, ornamental fence with gate and operator, wood fence, new concrete apron, asphalt and striping for 43 new parking spaces.
